Store Policies

My current turnaround time is 2-5 business days. If you purchase your item on Saturday or Sunday, please be aware that it won’t ship until Monday morning. If you need an item by a certain time please email me at alekaidesigns47@gmail.com before placing your order to ensure that I can create and deliver that item in the time frame you need it. 

We do not accept returns but if you have issues, please let us know within 2 days of receiving your package.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped at the post office.  If you believe your package is lost or stolen please contact the post office to file a claim. 

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form so please make sure the address you entered is correct.
